We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been confirmed as an approved training partner for APSE, The Association of Public Service Excellence.
As an Approved Partner, we’ll design and run training courses in collaboration with APSE Training. This includes both masterclasses that are designed to help local government frontline service providers make the most of commercial opportunities, and bespoke courses which are tailored to specific groups and available by request.
Based out of The Landing, Media City, Vision B2B works nationally to design and implement marketing programmes, bring digital marketing competence into organisations, and train teams and individuals to get the most from their marketing.
The initial Marketing your local authority service to business customers course covers a number of critical areas in setting out on the right promotional strategy including
- Understanding who your customer is and their decision making process
- The marketing planning process
- Creating a value based proposition built on benefits and appeal
- Positioning for switch (competing with established companies)
- Setting up and measuring marketing activities and campaigns
